Candy Crush Should Enable Rewarded Ads on My Account

I am writing regarding an issue I have been experiencing with Candy Crush Saga for approximately six months.

Since installing the game on my Samsung Galaxy A73, I have never received any rewarded advertisements in the game. Because of this, I cannot watch ads to earn extra lives, boosters, or other in-game rewards.

What makes this situation even more confusing is that many of my friends regularly receive these advertisements. My wife also plays the same game while using the same home internet connection, and rewarded ads appear on her account without any problems. In fact, even friends who installed the game after I did are able to watch ads, while my account has never displayed them.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the problem remains exactly the same. I also contacted the in-game support team, but I did not receive any meaningful solution or a clear explanation as to why rewarded ads are unavailable on my account.

My game is connected to my Facebook account, and my in-game player name is "adem."

I respectfully request that rewarded advertisements be enabled on my account so that I can access the same features and opportunities available to other players. I also request a clear written explanation of why rewarded ads are not available on my account while they are available to other players using the same game and even the same internet connection.

If this issue cannot be resolved or properly explained, I will seriously consider stopping playing Candy Crush Saga and removing the game from my device.
