Candy Crush Freezes on iPhone 14 During Amazon Ads
For about two weeks, I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with Amazon ads while playing Candy Crush on my iPhone 14. Every time an Amazon ad appears, the game freezes. After the ad ends, I don’t receive my reward, and I lose my turn. This keeps happening especially on legendary levels, and I can’t make any progress. Because of this problem, I’ve also had to use 60 gold bars and lost my gameplay attempts.
My username is h. P** or h P** S** Ö***. I tried reaching customer support to fix the issue, but I couldn’t get through. My app is not up to date, but the problem existed even before updating.
I request that Amazon ads be removed, my losses (my gameplay attempts and the 60 gold bars) be compensated, and that the game be fixed so this error no longer happens. I live in Ankara.
Progress
Since the beginning of November, after an Amazon ad appears in Candy Crush Saga, the game constantly freezes. As soon as the ad ends, the screen gets stuck and I can't continue playing.
Because of this issue, I've repeatedly lost lives, gold, and level progress. I have to close and reopen the game, and each time losing my effort and rightful progress has become extremely frustrating. I tried to get support from within the game or through other channels, but reaching the support team was impossible.
I want this freezing problem that occurs after the Amazon ad to be fixed urgently, and I want compensation for the lives, gold, and progress I have lost.
