Candy Crush Bug: Amazon Ads Cause ‘Aphıla’ Error in Final Seconds

In Candy Crush Saga, whenever I watch an Amazon ad to get extra moves, a warning pops up during the last four seconds saying, “Unable to connect to Aphıla,” and I can’t get back into the game. This issue happens only with Amazon ads — I don’t experience it with any other advertisements. For the past few days, this same problem has occurred every single time an Amazon ad appears. I’m forced to leave the game, and I lose my chance to receive the extra moves. My internet connection is perfectly fine, so the issue is entirely caused by the ad.

My username is E***, and I’m at a very high level in the game (around level 18,000). I request that this problem be fixed and that Amazon ads stop disrupting gameplay in this way.
