The Problem I Experienced On The Cambly Kids Platform
Dear all, We were supposed to have our first Cambly Kids Lesson at 8:30 p.m. When I arrived at 8:30 p.m., the camera and sound were operational, but I was unable to see or hear the teacher. The teacher suggested using another device, but when we tried to join from another device at 8:45 p.m., we discovered that the lesson had been canceled. I would like to request the cancellation of my one-month membership. Unfortunately, my first experience did not go well.
Hello, Cambly only assists its users through official support channels. Submitting a request and contacting us is very easy! To reach us through the correct channel, log into your account on a web browser from a computer. Simply click the question mark icon (?) at the top of your homepage. This will direct you to the Help Center. By going to the Cambly Help Center, you can search and find the answer to your question. To contact us, go to the bottom of the page. Click the [Submit a Request] button and fill out the form to send us a message! We respond to all your requests within 1 business day through our official support channel.
