Cambly Subscription and Difficulty in Using Lesson Time Per Day

I bought a one-year Cambly membership that lets me use it for 2.5 hours a week, but I soon found out that there were limits on how I could use it. The system only lets me work for 30 minutes a day, so I have to split my 2.5 hours between five days. This means that if you can't make it to daily sessions, the time you don't use will be wasted. There is no freedom to use your time however you want, whether you're a full-time worker or a busy student. This rigid approach doesn't take into account people who might want to use their hours on the weekends or in a focused way. It's interesting that the same restriction applies to a 5-hour weekly subscription, letting users only use it for one hour a day, seven days a week. A weekly subscription for one hour, on the other hand, lets you use the whole hour in one day, which is a rather strange difference. It looks like the plan is to discourage daily use so that the money stays with Cambly and doesn't go to the teachers. When I asked if they could raise my daily limit to at least 60 minutes, they said they couldn't because of rules and regulations. Thinking about ending my subscription? Yes, but you should expect to lose money when they figure out and take away the full price. Cambly could lose more money in the long run if they keep customers like me unhappy because I won't recommend their service and will tell others about these problems.
