Cambly Offered Me a Higher Renewal Price Than New Users for the Same Plan

Hello, I have some concerns regarding my Cambly subscription, which has been renewed at the same price for three consecutive years. I continued it for the third year even though I didn't really need it, just to keep this advantage. However, as I move into the fourth year, I’ve been informed that my subscription will be renewed at a "special rate" determined by Cambly. I am confused about this "special rate."

For my current plan of 30 minutes/day (3 times a week) for 12 months, the price is listed as ₺23,029.76, which supposedly includes a 60% renewal discount. However, for new subscribers, the monthly price is ₺4,122.50, and with a 60% discount applied, the cost comes to ₺1,649 per month. This totals ₺19,788 for 12 months. If I were to cancel my current subscription and sign up as a new user, I could get the same 12-month plan for ₺19,788 using the Black Friday code (b1bf48tr). This is lower than the "special rate" offered to me as a 4-year subscriber. Additionally, I would benefit from a 6-installment payment plan with my İş Bankası credit card, whereas my current subscription only offers 4 installments.

This situation is creating dissatisfaction among your long-term subscribers, pushing them to consider other platforms. Despite contacting Cambly support to clarify how the 60% discount for the 12-month plan is calculated, I have only received generic, templated responses with no clear answer.

If I don’t get a satisfactory response and the necessary adjustments are not made, I will not renew my subscription on October 26. I will also cancel the other subscriptions I have for my children and switch to a different platform. Thank you.
