BYD Seal U DMI Front Suspension Noise Not Fixed Despite Service Visits
I purchased my BYD Seal U DMI brand-new from the Mepa dealership in Istanbul. From the very first day, I noticed a knocking sound from the front suspension. The car is currently at 19,000 km and still under warranty. Whenever I drive over uneven roads, the noise persists and has become very frustrating.
I brought the vehicle to the service center, and the shock absorbers were replaced, but the problem was not resolved. When I returned again, I was told that the warranty did not approve any further repairs. Up to this point, I have not been charged, but my issue remains unsolved.
I have been waiting since February 2025 for this issue to be properly addressed. I demand that the necessary parts be replaced and the suspension noise on rough roads be completely eliminated under warranty. Customers should not have to endure ongoing defects on a nearly new car.
