BYD Seal U DM-i Pulls to the Right While Driving

For the past three months, my BYD Seal U DM-i has had a persistent issue where it continuously pulls to the right while driving. Every time I drive the vehicle, it drifts to the right even when the steering wheel is held in a straight position. This problem has negatively affected both the vehicle's handling and my confidence in its safety.

Because of this issue, I took the vehicle to an authorized BYD service center/dealership for inspection. However, despite the work that was performed, the problem was not resolved, and I was not given a clear explanation or a permanent solution. As a result, I no longer feel confident driving the vehicle.

I request that BYD thoroughly inspect my vehicle, identify the root cause of the steering issue, and perform a complete and permanent repair. I expect the vehicle to be restored to proper operating condition so that it can be driven safely without pulling to the right.
