My Bybit Account Locked Due to Repeated ID Verification Loop

For about 15 days, every time I try to trade on Bybit TR, the system keeps asking me to verify my identity again. However, when I reach the video verification step, it displays a “no connection” error, preventing me from completing the verification process. Because of this, I’m unable to use my ₺5,000 (approximately $119) balance, and I encounter the same problem every time I attempt to make a transaction.
I tried to contact customer support, but I haven’t received any response. I believe this is a system error, but the fact that it has persisted for so long has increased my frustration and even caused me partial financial losses.
I request that the identity verification process be expedited and that access to my account be restored as soon as possible.
