Funds Missing on Bybit, Transactions Stuck in Progress
I am facing a major issue with Bybit. My transactions appear as completed, but the funds have not arrived in my account. When I click on the transactions, they are still marked as "in progress." This situation is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant frustration throughout the day.
Adding to the problem, I cannot access any proper support. Despite trying to reach out for help, I’ve received no response or assistance. This lack of service is highly unprofessional for a platform handling financial transactions.
I urgently request Bybit to resolve this issue immediately and ensure my funds are credited correctly. Clear communication and reliable support are necessary for a platform of this nature. I need immediate assistance.
