Bybit Android App Wrongly Banned My Account – Unable to Access Balance

Yesterday, while trying to log into my account via the Bybit Android app, I suddenly received a “Banned” error message and have been unable to access my account since then. I always keep the application updated from the official store, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such a problem.
My account holds a significant balance, and being locked out without explanation has caused serious concern. I live in Istanbul and have not yet been able to reach Bybit customer support to get clarification.
I request that my account be immediately reinstated and that my balance and access rights be fully restored. This situation has caused a great deal of stress and I expect Bybit to resolve it quickly.
