Bybit Account Hacked and Identity Stolen

I am writing to report a serious issue with my Bybit Card account, which I registered in Kenya using my national ID. Someone else has taken control of this account, changed the account details, and is now using my identity without my consent.

I no longer have access to the phone number, email address, or login credentials associated with this account, and I am extremely concerned that my national ID is being misused.

I request that Bybit urgently review this case, stop any further use of my identity, and immediately block or ban the Bybit Card account that is currently operating under my national ID without my permission.

I am prepared to provide my national ID and selfie photos for verification so you can confirm that I am the rightful owner of the identity used to open the account. I lost access to the account yesterday, and shortly afterward I realized that someone had changed all of my account details.

I attempted to contact Bybit support, but I have not received any response so far. Because this situation involves my official identification document, I am very concerned about potential financial or legal consequences resulting from this misuse.

I kindly request that Bybit urgently investigate this matter, verify my identity using my ID and selfies, and either restore full control of the account to me or permanently block the account so that my identity can no longer be used.
