Bwin Scammed Me With Extra Taxes and Threats, Withheld My Winnings

I came across a Bwin betting scheme on Instagram promoted by someone named S… A…. They claimed to create betting slips that would guarantee high returns. I decided to try the minimum option of ₺750. The promise was that I could win ₺70,000 or more. Later that evening, I received a video message saying I had “won,” and that my payout was ₺141,000. However, the money was never transferred to my IBAN.

Instead, I was told I had to first pay ₺9,990 in taxes. Believing I would get my winnings, I paid the amount. Just minutes later, they demanded an additional ₺18,000 for “international tax fees” in the name of another company, claiming the payout was from abroad. I refused, as I simply didn’t have that kind of money, and I was never informed about these so-called fees beforehand.

After I declined, someone claiming to be a lawyer contacted me and began threatening me and even mentioning my family to pressure me into paying more. This was both frightening and humiliating. In reality, I ended up losing ₺750 plus ₺9,990 with nothing to show for it. I was deceived, harassed, and left without any official documentation, receipts, or signed agreements—only intimidation.

I demand a full refund of my ₺750 and ₺9,990. If Bwin or its representatives refuse, then this should be exposed for what it is: a fraudulent scheme targeting people with false promises, hidden charges, and threats. I have saved all my conversations and payment receipts as evidence.
