Can't Access Busuu Account After Update – Password Reset Email Not Received
I recently updated my Busuu app, and it unexpectedly logged me out. When I tried to log back in, my password, which I know is correct, wasn’t accepted. I attempted to reset my password, but the reset email never arrived in my inbox.
I love using Busuu, as I’ve invested a lot of time creating personalized study plans and tracking my progress. I’m very worried about losing all the work I’ve put into the app. Please help me regain access to my account as soon as possible so I can continue learning without any disruption.
