• Make sure you're logged into the correct account:
After updates, Busuu may log users into a different or new account. Try logging out and back in using your original method (Google, Apple, Facebook, or email login).
• Check another device:
Log into your account on a different phone, tablet, or browser. Sometimes progress is still stored on their servers.
• Contact Busuu Support:
Use the in-app help section or the Help Center at help.busuu.com. Provide your account type, languages studied, approximate level, and last activity date. Screenshots help.
• Reinstall the app:
Uninstall and reinstall the app to resolve sync or cache issues.
