Purchased the Kids' Burton GORE-TEX Mittens for my little snowboarder back in january, enticed by the promise of all-day protection and durability. I can write my review just now because we were far, out of the country, the sizing chart provided on the website was misleading. I followed it carefully, selecting the size that supposedly matched my child's measurements, yet the mittens were way too small, we still used it as they were our only chance, despite the product description boasting about withstanding any weather conditions, the mittens failed to keep my child's hands warm and dry during a day on the slopes, I've yet to receive a satisfactory response…
