Bumble Account Banned Without Reason

I have been using Bumble in Tilburg, Netherlands, for about one year with the email address luu***[email protected] and the phone number +31 6 58900***. Today my profile was suddenly banned without any clear explanation or prior warning. When I tried to access my account, I did not receive a specific reason or indication of which rule I supposedly violated. I do not understand why my account has been banned, as I have always tried to use the application in a normal and respectful way. I would like my account to be reviewed in detail and to receive a clear explanation of the exact reason for this ban. I kindly request that my Bumble account be re‑evaluated and, if there is no serious or justified violation, that it be reactivated. I am ready to provide any additional information if needed for your review.

There has been no response from Bumble at all. I paid for a lifetime membership—around €160—and being banned without any reason is unacceptable. If I don’t receive a reply soon, I will contact my lawyer. Otherwise, refund my €160. I definitely would not recommend using Bumble, and especially not paying for any lifetime membership, as they can block you without providing any reason.
