Budgetair Unreimbursed Car Rental Charge


In September, I made a flight reservation with BudgetAir for a trip to Athens from November 24-26. During the ticket purchase, I took advantage of a great deal and added car rental to my itinerary. Unfortunately, the car rental booking was not confirmed, and I was informed that a refund would be issued.
It's been quite some time since then, and I've managed to successfully finish my journey. Nevertheless, the car rental fee has not been reimbursed as of yet. I attempted to file a complaint on their website, but unfortunately, it necessitates the use of Flash Player, which is no longer supported. I am feeling quite perplexed and would greatly appreciate any advice on how to navigate this matter.
