BudgetAir Refund Request For Cancelled Flight – Booking No. BAE-6667683
My name is Rogers Kihimba Bwam****, and I purchased a one-way ticket from Dubai to Entebbe through BudgetAir under booking number BAE-6667683. The flight was scheduled for March 20, 2026, at 4:00 AM, and I paid 831 AED for this ticket.
On March 20, when we arrived at Dubai Airport around midnight, we were informed that the Dubai–Entebbe flight had been canceled. At that time, there was no proper assistance or support, and we were unable to use the ticket at all.
When I requested a refund from BudgetAir, they responded by email stating that my booking could not be canceled because it did not meet their terms, citing reasons such as the ticket already being used or no schedule change by the airline. None of these reasons apply in my case, as the flight was canceled and I was unable to travel using this ticket.
I am requesting a full refund of the 831 AED I paid for the unused one-way Dubai–Entebbe ticket under booking number BAE-6667683, since the flight was canceled on the day of departure and I did not receive the service I paid for. I kindly ask BudgetAir to urgently review this situation and process my refund as soon as possible.
