It’s been four days and I still can’t access my BtcTurk account due to so-called "security measures." Every time I try to resolve the issue, I’m asked to submit documents. I’ve done that—multiple times. But they keep rejecting my submissions without giving a clear reason. Then they ask me to resubmit again. This loop of stalling and vague excuses is unacceptable, especially when there’s ₺170,000 sitting in my account. I’m starting to feel like my money is being held hostage.
