I’ve been using BTCTurk for years as a trusted investment and crypto trading platform. I registered with my foreign identification because the platform accepted it at the time. I deposited funds, traded responsibly, and believed BTCTurk was committed to serving all legitimate users.
Now I’ve received a notice saying the platform will no longer serve users with foreign IDs, and we’re being told to close all positions and withdraw funds, even if we’re at a loss. If foreign-issued documents aren’t trustworthy, then why did you approve our accounts in the first place? This policy shift is shocking and unfair.
Instead of expanding and becoming more global, BTCTurk is now taking a step backward by discriminating based on nationality. I feel betrayed. If this was your plan, you should have never accepted our registrations.
