BtcTurk Account Blocked After Transfer – Security Review Delay

I am using a personal account on BtcTurk and today a friend of mine sent 95 TRX to my BtcTurk account so that I could urgently pay my bank debt. However, shortly after this transaction, BtcTurk placed a security-related block on my account and I have been unable to use my funds for about two hours. I contacted the support team and was only told that the transaction is under review and that I need to wait, without any clear or detailed explanation about the reason or the estimated duration of the review. By email as well, I am only told that “the review is ongoing” and I receive no additional clarification. When I look at the complaints of other users who have experienced similar issues, I see that these reviews can last for about a month, which is absolutely not possible for me, because my bank debt is accruing interest every single day. I urgently request that the security review be carried out within a reasonable and transparent timeframe and completed as soon as possible, that the block on my account be lifted, and that my funds in the amount of 95 TRX be immediately made available for my use. I ask that my grievance be resolved urgently, considering that each passing day increases the financial burden on me due to interest.
