Brooks Brothers Wool Sweater Sheds Excessively and Shrinks After Washing

I purchased a wool sweater from Brooks Brothers, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. The sweater sheds excessively, leaving my pants and clothes covered in white fluff—worse than if I owned a white cat! Hoping the shedding would reduce, I washed it gently at 30°C, but the sweater became completely unwearable. It shrank beyond recognition, and even professional cleaning couldn’t restore it to its original size. I only got to wear it once, and now it’s ruined. For such a high-end brand, this quality is unacceptable. Brooks Brothers, I demand a replacement or refund for this poorly made sweater. Please take responsibility for this issue and address it immediately.
