Kent D Blue Cigarettes Caused Burns to My Clothes Due to Loose Tobacco

I have been using Kent D Blue cigarettes for about 6–7 years, but recently the quality of the product has dropped seriously. The tobacco and flammable pieces inside the cigarette are not filled tightly, so with every puff the loose pieces pour out. These burns are not caused by the cigarette touching the fabric directly in the classical sense; while smoking, the loose tobacco and burning particles in my mouth spill out piece by piece. Before I can even take the cigarette to the ashtray, these falling pieces land on me and burn my clothes. My newly bought Adidas tracksuit has burned in two different spots for this reason, and several of my other clothes also have burn marks in multiple places. I am not someone who has just learned to smoke, and I should not be expected to check the batch number of every single pack. I absolutely do not accept that a product I pay around ₺120 for causes this kind of damage to my clothes due to poor production quality. In addition, although I have submitted similar complaints many times before, no concrete solution has ever been provided. After the most recent incident, I called the company by phone, but my call was not even answered. As a consumer, in return for the money we pay, I expect seriousness and sensitivity both in product quality and in customer service. I no longer want automatic template responses. I demand a clear explanation regarding this production problem, a proper investigation into the issue, and a concrete solution that will compensate for the damage to my clothing and prevent this problem from recurring.
