Finding Pieces Of Wood In Marlboro Touch Blue Cigarettes

I have been regularly smoking Marlboro Touch 100s Blue for about four years. However, for the last two months, especially since October, I have been encountering a serious problem with almost every pack I purchase from Şok market in Alazi neighborhood, Antakya, Hatay. Inside the cigarettes there are hard pieces resembling wood or alum, which I had never seen in any of the packs I bought in previous years. As the cigarette burns, these hard pieces fall out, damaging items such as sofas and cushions and creating a serious safety risk in the house. Some people suggest these might be tobacco stalks, but what concerns me is why, if such materials are used, this problem has suddenly become so frequent and disturbing now, even though I did not experience it in previous years. Paying a high price of ₺110 per pack and then encountering these wood-like pieces is a huge disappointment for a brand that presents itself as high-quality and it clearly leads to customer dissatisfaction. I request that the cause of this situation be urgently investigated, that your production and quality control processes be reviewed, and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent such hard pieces from appearing in the product. In addition, I request a refund for the problematic products I have purchased and appropriate compensation for the damage and risk caused by these defective cigarettes, and I kindly ask that my grievance be taken into consideration and resolved.
