Defective Cigarette Filter: Kent D Range Grey
I bought a pack of Kent D Range Grey cigarettes that were made on March 23rd, with the production code BT073C19. Sadly, one of the cigarettes had a messed up filter, so it looked gross, and I had to throw it away without smoking it. I smoke two packs a day, and this is the first time I've come across this problem. We spend a lot of money on these products, but it seems like the quality control is really bad. You seem to be more focused on increasing prices, but you're not paying enough attention to the quality. I filmed a video of the faulty cigarette, and I'm really committed to taking action to protect my rights.
