Bright Learn Fast Subscription Not Cancelled

For several months I have been trying without success to cancel my “Bright Learn Fast” subscription with Brightmobileapps.com. I have been subscribed since February 2026, and the fee of 29 € is taken from my bank account via my bank card. I first requested cancellation on 4 March 2026. On 22 March 2026, I contacted the company four more times by email at 22:45, 22:49, 23:04 and 23:08, trying different ways to send my request. My subscription number is SP1001-307053. Each time, I received the same automatic response saying that my request had been received, that they usually reply within 1 to 3 working days, and inviting me to add more details by replying to the email, but in reality my subscription has never been cancelled. I therefore request the immediate termination of my “Bright Learn Fast” subscription and the refund of 29 €, corresponding to the charge that was made despite my cancellation request in March 2026.
