I purchased Hankook 195/60/16C tires in August 2023, and now, just one year later, there are visible cracks along the sidewalls, both inside and outside. The cracks vary in length, which is concerning for tires this new. I brought them to the dealer I purchased them from, and it’s been 20 days with no solution or update. If Hankook representatives are reading this, I urge you to address this issue promptly. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of response and action on such a serious safety concern. Please provide a solution for these defective tires as soon as possible.
