Every time I try, it asks for my phone number to send a PIN instead of letting me type my password normally. That would be fine, except the PIN never works! I keep entering it right after I get the text, but it always says it's invalid. Tried this like nine times already, having the worst time logging in to my account and paying my bill! Needing that stupid PIN every time is annoying anyway, but now it's totally blocking me from paying my bill. That's a major problem - could mess up my credit score! Is there any way to just use my password or something? I really need to get this bill paid ASAP. Please fix this login mess so I can take care of it!
