My Brawl Stars Account Was Locked Without Warning and I Can’t Access It

I have been unable to access my Brawl Stars account (User ID: VC2Y2QUUY, email: p**********@gmail.com**) for about 35 days. I play on a Redmi 13c device, and before the lock happened, I noticed that someone was continuously playing bot matches on my account. I reported this issue, but shortly after, my account was locked without any prior warning or notification. Now, whenever I try to log in, I only see the message “Your account has been locked”.

I contacted Supercell support, but whenever I leave the support page, I receive a “Verification Failed” error, which prevents me from properly following up. I have spent money on this account, including purchasing Brawl Pass Plus and making a total of ₺280 in-game payments. The account is also linked to my email address.

This issue is only happening on this account, and I feel unfairly punished without explanation. I request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible so I can continue playing without further disruption.
