I Can't Unlock My Brawl Stars Account Despite Providing Full Information to Support

I had two Brawl Stars accounts. One of them was stolen, but I was able to recover it by contacting Brawl Stars Support. However, after successfully recovering the first one, my second account was suddenly locked. I reached out to Support again and provided every piece of information they requested — including account details, email address, and all necessary verifications.
Just when it seemed like the issue would be resolved, they asked if I had ever made a purchase on the account. I answered truthfully and said no. After that, they refused to unlock my account, claiming they couldn't proceed without a purchase history.
This decision is completely unfair. I have full access to the linked email and account information, yet they still refuse to help. I am very disappointed with the lack of proper support and the rigid, unreasonable policies. I request that Supercell immediately review my case again and unlock my account based on the clear proof of ownership I have provided. Thank you.
