There have been unauthorized logins to my Brawl Stars account from another device. About eight months ago, I gave my account to my cousin for two days, but even after asking him to log out, he never signed out. Later, I changed my Gmail address, yet I recently noticed that another device has connected to my account again. For the past day, every time I log into the game, I get kicked out, which shows that my account is still being accessed from elsewhere.
Around 3–4 months ago, my account was banned for seven days for the reason “misleading another player,” and I believe this happened because of the same situation. After putting in so much effort and time into this game, I don’t want to lose my account or be punished for something I didn’t do.
I did not make any in-game purchases — my cousin made about ₺400 worth of purchases without my permission, even though I told him not to. I play the game on an Android device (Redmi Note 9), and my in-game username is Pro sayit63.
I request that my account security be ensured, the unauthorized device be permanently disconnected, and that in the future, I receive an email notification whenever a new device logs into my account.
