I Can’t Recover My 5-Year-Old Brawl Stars Account Because Verification Codes Never Arrive

I had a Brawl Stars account that I built up over nearly five years, and it meant everything to me. Recently my phone broke, so I had to reset it—and now I’m completely locked out. Every time I try to log in, the game says it’s sending a verification code to my Gmail, but I never receive it. Without that code, I can’t verify my identity or reclaim my account, and all my progress, unlocked characters, skins, and accumulated trophies are stuck behind this barrier.

I’ve followed every instruction: I check my spam folder, ensure my Google account settings allow messages, and retry the process countless times, yet the code never shows up. I’m devastated because I invested months and years into upgrading characters, completing events, and building my profile. Losing this without any chance at recovery feels like losing a digital life’s work.

I reached out to Brawl Stars support explaining the situation, but I haven’t received a helpful solution. They often respond with generic steps that I’ve already tried. This dismissive approach only adds to my frustration. I need Supercell to investigate why verification e-mails aren’t delivering and provide an alternate recovery path—whether through additional identity checks, linking another trusted device, or manual account restoration.

Please address this urgently: restore my access to my longtime Brawl Stars account or guide me through a reliable recovery process. Without immediate help, I risk permanently losing years of progress. Supercell must fix this verification issue and support loyal players who face device failures.
