Bravofly Refused to Refund Me After Hotel Denied My Reservation for Non-Citizens

I made a three-night reservation through the Bravofly website. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me they couldn't accept my stay because the reservation was only for American and European citizens. I was completely shocked, as I had traveled a long distance and was left stranded with no alternative accommodation. There was absolutely no such information provided during the booking process. When I contacted Bravofly, they said they couldn’t help and refused to refund my money. Despite explaining the situation in detail, they showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. I paid €3,000 and ended up completely humiliated, receiving neither the service I paid for nor any proper support from them.
