Texas Poker Site Displays Item Not Found Error Across Mobile and Card Payments

For approximately a month and a half, I have been trying to purchase chips from the Turkey Texas Hold'em Poker website, but I am completely unable to complete any transaction. Whenever I navigate to the chip purchase screen on the site, I encounter an "Item not found" error on every attempt, regardless of the purchase amount.

I have attempted purchases both for $30 and higher amounts, using both mobile payment and credit card methods, but the outcome remains unchanged. Due to this long-standing error, purchasing chips from the website has become practically impossible.

Users are being wronged because of this and are forced to resort to purchasing chips from alternative third-party sources. This situation poses a severe security risk and puts people's money in danger. If chip sales are no longer being processed through the website, this should be clearly stated; otherwise, this technical error must be resolved urgently so that chip purchases function properly.

I demand to be informed as to why this issue has remained unaddressed for so long and request that this grievance be fully resolved.
