Bounty App Withdrawal Problems and Account Closure Error
I have been completing surveys on the Bounty app and earning money for years. However, in the last few months, it seems they are finding various ways to avoid paying out the money we earn. As the withdrawal day approaches, they automatically log me out of my account. When I request a password reset, they do not open my existing account but instead create a new one for me.
They respond to my emails saying that my issue will be reviewed, but I never receive any further communication or resolution. They completely invalidated my previous account this way. I opened a new account and used it for two months, accumulating earnings while waiting for the withdrawal day, but once again, they closed my account in the same manner.
I feel frustrated and misled by Bounty. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue and would appreciate any assistance in recovering my funds. Thank you.
