Water Droplets Won't Go Away in Bosch SMS23BW01T Dishwasher, Even After Repairs!
I bought a Bosch SMS23BW01T dishwasher on October 31, 2023. It has three different programs. The machine drips water on the lid, baskets, cutlery holder, and bottom, making the dishes wet when these parts are in motion. We've called customer service two times, and they think it's normal, but this is not okay. The user guide says it's okay to have a few water droplets, but this amount is not okay. We've been using machines for a while now, so we're familiar with how drying works. They don't think it's a problem, but it actually is. I need a solution right away!

On 31.10.2023, we purchased a Bosch brand SMS23BW01T 3-program dishwasher. Water droplets remain on the machine door, baskets, cutlery holder, and bottom tray, and when these parts are moved, they wet the dishes they come into contact with. We called for service twice, and they consider the situation normal, but it is not normal. The information guide says that it is normal for water droplets to remain, but it cannot be considered normal to this extent. We have been machine users for years and know how machines dry. They do not see this as a problem, but it is a problem. An urgent solution needs to be produced.
