Warranty Issues with Bosch Appliances Installation Service

I called the service to install the Bosch brand refrigerator, oven and washing machine. They were installed and the technician said that their warranty had started. A day later, since I could not access my invoice, they canceled the oven's warranty and asked for money. When I called customer service and notified them, they said that my warranty had started, but then they canceled it again, neither the service, Neither the call center nor the people calling from the head office are aware of each other, and there is a real coordination problem. You sell a quality product at prices above the market, perhaps you invest billions in products, but you disgust the product with your service and understanding. I'm getting married in 10 days, look at the things I'm working on
