Bosch Washing Machine Tears Clothes
We got my mom the priciest Bosch washing machine, thinking it would be the best. You know what? It's a machine that shreds clothes! The door design keeps catching and ripping our laundry. I mean, it's not just something that happens once; it's ruining our nicest clothes and getting stuck in the door corners. So, we contacted the Adana Ceyhan Bosch service team. So, what did they say? They accused us, saying that the machine could only handle 3 kilograms of laundry instead of its actual capacity of 9 kilograms. That's so absurd! They had the audacity to ask my retired mom for a 375 TL service fee, even though the machine was still covered by warranty. We have used many machines in our lives, but this one is different—it eats clothes! And they want us to believe that simply throwing in three pieces of laundry will keep them from getting ruined? My mom said she only filled it halfway, but they wouldn't take it.

The headquarters called me regarding my complaint. They said that the fault was not theirs but ours. They claimed that the damage to my numerous torn clothes was not due to their machines. So why didn't the machines I used before this one tear my clothes? Of course, there is no answer to that. I will never allow any Bosch brand appliance in my home again. Nor will I let any of my relatives use them.
