I bought a Bosch combi, and now I really regret it. First of all, when you call Bosch customer service, they don't give you the dealer's phone number, can't provide technical information about their products, and won't help you schedule a service visit for installation. This isn't how customer service is supposed to work. Even though I had my radiators cleaned, the combi boiler still doesn't heat them properly. I wish I had chosen DemirDöküm or ECA instead. It's really annoying when you buy something and it doesn't meet your expectations, and it's even worse when the customer service isn't helpful. It's just disappointing.
