Bosch AC Installation Charge Complaint

Listen up if you're thinking about purchasing a Bosch air conditioner. I had faith in the brand and purchased a multi-split unit. Since I went with a multi-split option, I had to pay installation fees that were the same as the price of one unit. In addition, there are major communication problems between the main office and authorized dealers. Ever since it was installed, they still haven't managed to fix the problems with the faulty unit after weeks. Various dealers constantly point fingers at one another... In a nutshell, if I had been aware of how terrible their customer service was after buying their product, I would have never gotten myself into this mess.
