Bosch Combi Boiler Malfunctioned Few Days After Assembly

The Bosch brand combi boiler, which I purchased brand new, malfunctioned on the fourth day. Although I expressed my victimization three days ago through all channels and created a fault record, I did not receive any feedback from Bosch officials and services. They are indifferent about after-sales service and do not take care of the customer after the product is sold. They caused us to stay in the cold in these winter months. I hope everyone who reads this article will consider my negative experience and be careful when choosing a brand. I will prefer not to buy a Bosch brand product in my home from now on.
