No Bosch Air Conditioner Service Available in Turkey!

August 15, 2023 12:29 AM35

I'm stuck with a broken Bosch air conditioner, and it's really getting to me. It's surprising that Bosch isn't as good as other brands at supporting their products in Turkey since other brands do so quickly and well. It's terrible that they can't set up a good service network or do regular field checks. If you want to buy a Bosch product in Turkey, this is a warning sign that you might end up in a disappointing situation like mine. Even worse, their customer service seems to be on vacation because they haven't answered any of my calls or emails about the problem. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I'm going through.

In customer service, including Ms. Ezgi, Turkish should be learned, and empathy training should be provided to the customer service team. The importance of the appointment system should also be explained to the service personnel you have created. If these are done, perhaps Bosch could become more preferable. Due to my experiences, the responses you have given are not satisfactory and do not seem convincing.

I bought my Air conditioner for 6 thousand tl. You gave me a part price of 11 thousand tl without even understanding what the malfunction was. I think you are a nobody. I regret that ı brought a product bearing your brand into my Home.
