StarMaker Minor Protection Mode Enabled on Adult Account

I am 23 years old and I am using the Star Maker Android app, but my account is still restricted by Minor Protection Mode because of age. Because of this mode, I cannot use the app properly and some important features are blocked. I tried to remove Minor Protection Mode inside the app, but it is not removing and there is no clear way for me to correct this situation. I am an adult user and I want to be able to use all the normal functions of the application. I have attached screenshots that clearly show the Minor Protection Mode message and the restrictions on my account. I kindly request that you remove the Minor Protection Mode from my account as soon as possible and update my status so that I am recognized as an adult user.
