Broken Nozzle of Bosch Optimum 1600 W Kitchen Appliance



On October 5, 2021, I got an Optimum 1600 W kitchen mixer, and the mixing and whipping tool broke while I was using it. We didn't use this item very often, and after only two or three times, it broke. When I called customer service, they refused to fix it under guarantee and told me I had to buy a new one for 680 TL, even though they hadn't looked at the product. If they had looked at it, they would have seen that the problem couldn't have been caused by any molding, damage, or another mistake on their part. The screw that held things together was just broken. If it was a mistake by the user, the force that broke the screw would have also broken the wires of the device, but they were in perfect condition. I called Bosch customer service, and they asked for a picture, which I sent to them by email. But they turned down my request, saying that the accessory had broken because I had done something wrong, without telling me how they came to that decision. They didn't care that the broken screw could mean the product was broken. They also didn't care that an accessory is something added to something else to make it more useful, efficient, or beautiful. As a user, I mostly used the mixer to mix and whip, which is exactly what it was meant to do. So, I'm asking Bosch to look into the problem, send me the part I need under guarantee, and give me back the 680 TL I spent on a new one.
