Broken Bosch Oven Not Fixed in 2 Months

I bought a Bosch microwave oven, but it came in a damaged condition. It quickly became clear that the companies involved - the logistics company, the seller of Bosch products, and the service provider - were separate companies. The logistics company and the seller, Bursa Nilüfer Bosch, were not responsive or helpful. I was really desperate for a solution, so I contacted Bosch customer service about two months ago. I've tried calling them six or seven times, but they haven't bothered to call me back. It seems like Bosch's customer support for home appliances has gotten really bad lately. They don't seem to realize their weaknesses and don't seem to care about putting the customer first. It's really not okay for customers to be left waiting for two months without a solution. It's really sad and disappointing to see Bosch in such a bad condition. Bosch, you didn't quite get it right.
