I am a police officer. The dishwasher I purchased from a store called "Gezginler Dayanıklı Tüketim" in Konya Selçuklu was delivered to my home by personnel from the logistics company, "Mars Lojistik Uluslararası". However, the delivery staff only had me sign the paperwork after delivering the machine and didn’t provide any information about it. They were also very indifferent. A week after the delivery, when the Bosch service technician came to install the dishwasher, we discovered that the lower part was broken, the lower right corner of the dishwasher door was bent, and the machine’s frame was unstable and didn’t sit level on a flat surface. The technician advised that the machine was defective and should be replaced.
Later, when we spoke with both the store and Bosch service, they refused to take responsibility, each blaming the other, leaving us in a difficult situation in our new home, which we had set up for our marriage. The brand-new product we purchased was faulty, and no one accepted responsibility. We were left in a very difficult situation.
Additionally, a week before the dishwasher was delivered, personnel from "Gezginler" contacted us, saying that the model we had chosen in the store was no longer available, so they would send us a different product. The product they sent was defective, and we believe we were deceived by being sent a faulty item. We have exercised our legal rights and made the necessary complaints. We always thought of Bosch as a quality company that values its customers, but we were wrong, as they did not assist at all. I advise others to be cautious when purchasing products from this store and these companies, as we deeply regret our decision.
