Bosch Washing Machine Does Not Clean Well and Smells Bad
The reason we are contacting you is due to an ongoing and unresolved issue with a recently purchased Bosch washing machine. From the very first use, the machine has failed to clean the laundry properly—clothes come out with a bad odor and do not feel clean. We have submitted multiple technical service requests regarding this complaint. Following our latest report, a technician was dispatched upon the direction of your head office, and the water’s pH level was measured at 26. Based on this measurement, we were advised to use a larger amount of detergent. However, we believe: 1) Regardless of environmental conditions, a properly functioning washing machine should deliver results without excessive detergent use. This recommendation suggests the machine does not operate efficiently in its current environment and imposes continuous additional costs. 2) After a wash at 60°C, a “burnt cable smell” came from the machine, raising not only performance concerns but also serious safety risks. 3) These developments clearly show that the device is not suitable for our usage conditions and fails to meet expectations. For these reasons, we request that the product be considered defective and replaced with a new, fault-free unit. Should this issue remain unresolved, please be informed that we will exercise our legal rights by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee using the available service reports and technical evaluations, and if necessary, by obtaining an expert witness report.
