Bosch Vacuum Cleaner Repair Need Resurfaces Every Now and Then

I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner from an authorized seller in Bolu city center, and I've been experiencing issues with its functionality. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, and other times it starts but stops abruptly. This isn't the first time I'm facing such problems; about six months ago, a similar issue arose, and I had to take it to the service center for repairs. They fixed it then, but now the same problems persist. recently took the vacuum cleaner back to the service center, and instead of promptly addressing the issue, they asked for sales documents. I explained that I had already provided these documents during the previous repair, but they didn't seem interested.
