Bosch Refused to Replace My Dented Refrigerator Doors and Scratched Shelves

Toward the end of January 2023, I purchased a Bosch brand four-door wardrobe-style refrigerator. As seen in the photos, dents have formed on the outer doors. No matter where I touch the door—whether I grab the inner handles to open it or wipe the surface with a cloth—the dents keep worsening. My guests often ask, "How is this a brand-new fridge?" Besides the door issues, all the interior shelves are scratched and impossible to clean. Placing any glass item causes more scratches and dents. Although there are no cooling problems, the entire structure is faulty and deteriorating daily. We are now afraid to touch the fridge or place items inside. Last week, I called the service center, explained all the issues, and requested the replacement of the doors and shelves since my warranty is still active. They took photos and later told me, "Don’t expect much, Bosch will never replace this. I’ll report it, but don’t get your hopes up. They’ll just call it user error." Then they left. As a legal professional, I chose not to argue. The next day, service staff called and said Bosch responded, claiming the dents were natural and the scratches and damage inside were not their concern, labeling them as user error. They firmly stated that replacement was impossible. Their dismissive attitude was unacceptable. However, as I mentioned, I know my rights well and won’t let this go. I politely ended the call and contacted Bosch’s headquarters. They claimed they had not received the photos and would request them again for review, but it has been a week with no follow-up. Meanwhile, my warranty is running out. Two days ago, I left a note asking to be contacted directly and not to call my spouse, as he has an extremely busy work schedule. Despite this, they called him today, and he missed the call. I am addressing Bosch officials directly: I demand an urgent response. If you continue delaying or avoiding responsibility, I will pursue legal action to ensure all faulty components are replaced and seek compensation for my damages. Consider this a formal notice.
